There is no useful one-size-fits-all number for a 360 Booth rental because the experience is shaped by coverage time, staffing, customization, venue access, and travel. A better question is: what is included, and what will the guest experience feel like?
The biggest cost drivers
Coverage length is the obvious factor, but it is not the only one. A trained attendant, platform size, lighting, custom video overlays, music or effects, instant sharing, gallery delivery, insurance, travel, and setup requirements all influence a quote. Mountain venues may also require longer load-in windows, special access coordination, or weather contingencies.
Why the lowest quote may cost more later
An inexpensive package can become less attractive when branding, delivery, travel, attendants, or overtime are separate. Ask for a clear inclusion list and verify whether setup and breakdown happen outside the booked guest-facing hours.
What a complete package should explain
Look for the platform capacity, active hours, attendant count, visual treatment, sharing method, final gallery, setup footprint, level and dry placement, venue access, travel policy, cancellation terms, and overtime rate. A professional provider should also discuss the safety zone around the moving camera arm.
How to compare value
Compare the quality of the captured video, the pace of guest flow, the polish of the custom overlay, and the reliability of on-site support. The booth is both an activity and a content-delivery system; both sides matter.
