This Privacy Policy applies to the Peak-A-Booth website and website-based inquiries. It does not replace the privacy or media-use terms contained in a signed event service agreement. By using this website, you acknowledge the practices described below.
Peak-A-Booth provides photo booth and 360 booth experiences in Aspen, Vail, and Colorado’s Roaring Fork Valley. In this policy, “Peak-A-Booth,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating this website.
When you submit an inquiry or customization form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue or location, event type, requested experience, event details, template and print preferences, song selections, branding details, links to artwork or inspiration, and any other information you choose to provide. Our hosting platform may also process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the site.
We use information to respond to inquiries, check availability, prepare proposals or quotes, plan and deliver requested services, coordinate templates and branding, provide customer support, prevent spam or misuse, maintain website security, understand general site performance, and comply with legal obligations. We may also use prior inquiry information to continue a conversation you initiated.
Website forms are delivered to Peak-A-Booth so our team can respond. Submitting a form does not create a reservation or service agreement. If you contact us by email, phone, or text, we may retain those communications as reasonably necessary to respond, plan an event, maintain business records, or resolve a concern. We do not send marketing text messages without the consent required by applicable law.
The site uses Framer’s built-in, privacy-focused analytics to understand aggregate activity such as page views, referral sources, device types, and general location. Framer states that this analytics service does not use cookies or persistent identifiers. Pages with interactive YouTube content may allow YouTube or Google to collect information or place cookies when you play or interact with that content. Spotify and other external links are governed by the privacy practices of those providers.
We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, deliver form submissions, communicate with you, maintain records, or provide event services. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transfer. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, planning or providing services, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the information and whether you become a client.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, payment card data, government identification numbers, or medical information through general website forms.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you, subject to identity verification and applicable legal exceptions. You may also ask about our data practices or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Peak-A-Booth does not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising. To make a request, email info@peakabooth.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.
This website is intended for adults planning events and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the website. Event photography or video involving minors, when applicable, is handled under the relevant client agreement and event permissions.
The website may link to or display services operated by third parties, including YouTube, Spotify, social platforms, review sources, and other external websites. We do not control their privacy or security practices. Review their policies before providing information or interacting with their services.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our website, services, vendors, or legal obligations. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated by another reasonable method when required.
